To Whom It May Concern

Dear Tent Manufacturer,

I just wanted to write and personally thank you for bringing such a memorable closure to our first experience with your tent. Thanks to your fiscal responsibility and engineering precision, I spent 45 minutes trying to fit our fantastic new tent into its convenient carrying case. I folded, re-folded, pressed, jumped and shoved to no avail. I would just like to let you know, and I'm sure I speak for many when I say, that I am more than willing pay the extra $5 - just make the bag bigger!

Thank you,
Heather

Dear Heather, I feel your pain! Please send a copy of your letter to the people who make the covers for umbrellas, those air mattresses for the floor, etc. Love, Mom

From the Desk of The Tent Company:

Dear Consumer,
Perhaps you didn't read the fine print enclosed with each and every tent we sell. It clearly states that, as an added frustration, we have made a storage case that is 2 times too small so that you may better gain an understanding of why children cannot be placed back into the womb of the mother once they have learned to walk and talk. There simply isn't room. Obviously, our tents, cases and instructions were printed mainly with men in mind. Now that you have brought to our attention that woman are also attempting to store our tents after usage, we will work hard to rectify this situation. Please forgive any inconvenience we may have caused.
Sincerely,
Tents R Us

Isn't it horrible?? I have never been able to get tents back in their bags (or sleeping bags rolled up properly, for that matter!)
You did way better than I ever have!

This whole post and comment section is just too funny. Thanks for the comic relief at the end of a hard day.

Thanks for a great bit of humor -- post and comments -- at the end of a tough, long day. Ah! Back to work.

Amen to that!! Frustrating things like that are there to keep us on edge...so that nothing should be too easy!
Good for you for pitching the tent anyway! Those are amazing pictures...you have a photographer's perspective!

That is so funny! I borrowed a tent from someone once (a friend of a friend). The tent was brand new and you should have seen how I returned that thing...I was so embarrassed! I was able to fit the tent in part way but there was no room for the poles! I'm happy to hear it wasn't just me!

Dear Customer,

Our tents are made to be disposable and the "case" you are referriing to, is not actually a "case" but packaging!
