Fooled you
Most people have something lemon or strawberry for their Easter dessert - something that tastes of spring, but not us. Looking at this cake you might think, oh, she went with a carrot cake. That would have been my pick, but it is actually a sour cream chocolate cake with brown sugar buttercream and homemade fondant. It was Spencer's choice and, what can I say other than, the boy loves chocolate.
